Item Description
14x36" stiff paper insert poster for the original 1953 release of the comedy horror film directed by frequent Abbott & Costello director Charles Lamont and starring the comedy team of Abbott & Costello, and co-starring Boris Karloff as Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. Poster features classic caricature images of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello w/image of Karloff as both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Poster shows moderate wear w/small margin tears/creases and fabric tape repair to back of top left corner, which shows obvious wear. Upper right corner also shows wear, w/1.75" tear and surface paper left. Paper tape repair on reverse to 2" tear at center left, just above Karloff's head. 1" tear at lower right w/rap repair on reverse. .25" margin chip along right. Three horizontal creases. Bottom left/right has two strips of tape on reverse and back has poster company stamps and two partial labels, Good/VG overall.
