Item Description
2-1/8x4.5x1" cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains watch similar to previous item #1625, but this version does not have company name on dial. This is 1955 English market only version. Box features Mickey and Minnie mouse image and has illustrated die-cut insert showing various Disney characters. shows scattered wear w/small surface paper split at one lid corner and some color rubs. Lid was originally attached to box bottom by thin paper, but is now detached. Box is VG/Fine overall. Original red vinyl-covered bands show aging and some dust soiling. Fine. Watch is running and case/dial are bright, clean and Exc. Comes w/Mickey Mouse-specific illustrated warranty folder and separate English price tab. Very rare Disney watch, w/only a few known boxed examples. First we've offered in our 50 years.
