Item Description
3-7/8x6-7/8x.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 1x1.5" chrome luster metal case watch w/original vinyl-covered leather bands. Ingersoll/US Time, ©1947 WDE. Box lid is labeled "The New Donald Duck Wrist Watch" and pictures this watch as well as the matching Donald Duck watch. Lid shows moderate wear, w/.5x.75" piece out of left side panel w/aged piece of tape and moderate edge creasing and corner tip wear. VG. Box is complete w/illustrated die-cut insert depicting Donald as if he holds watch in his hands. Some faint staining around die-cut slots, but insert is o/w Fine/VF.
Clean and bright dial depicts Daisy w/animated hands. Watch bands show some aging but very little wear. Slight luster wear mostly to back of case and crown. Running and VF. Scarce w/box.
