Top along side the feather in his hat has small dot of the gloss finish gone but only a tiny hairline is missing from the feather's edge and it still displays as essentially complete. Similar tiny gloss dot off by his right hand but this did not remove any of the image. Both of these marks are hardly noticeable without magnification and the rest of the surface is glossy and clean with intense color. c. 1940.
