Item Description
Lot of seven typically 2-3/8x4" carte de visites (CDVs), all featuring photo images of Charles S. Stratton w/his wife Lavinia Warren Stratton and/or their child. Two CDVs feature just Lavinia w/child. Stratton (1838-1883), better known by his stage name "General Tom Thumb," was a little person who achieved great fame as a performer under circus pioneer P.T. Barnum. Varying degrees of handling wear/aging w/some scattered creasing and corner tip wear. VG to VF overall.
