8" poseable figure in window box © 1972. Box is fourth version w/Marvel only faces on front and Cap and Spidey on side panels. Top of front reads "Read Spidey Comics And Watch Him On TV's Electric Company". This is the standard wide-cut costume w/Type 1 Spider-Man. Box is bright and solid. Displays Exc. Figure is NM in box.
