©1978 MCG. First is 7.25x9" box with plastic 5" tall Spider-Man figure, zip line and helicopter pod. Still taped on one flap but shows no play wear. Lt. wear/aging to box. Exc. Contents NM as produced. Next is header carded, bagged Sofubi 5.5" figure. Wear to bag and lt. aging/wear to card. Figure NM as produced. Scarce, as made in Japan for the Japanese market, ©Toei and based on Toei's live-action Tokusatsu TV series loosely based on Marvel's Spider-Man character. Box and header card both show images of Spider-Man as he appeared on the 1978-1979 TV show along with Leopardon (robot) and bird men villains.
