Item Description
6-7/8x11.75x1-5/8" deep cardboard box w/photo of Roy Rogers on lid w/"King Of The Cowboys" text below. Box contains 9" long gold finish white metal gun w/raised "Roy Rogers" name above trigger on each side and high relief rearing Trigger on gun frame. Leslie-Henry Co., Inc. set No. 80. c. early 1940s. Box comes w/original die-cut cardboard insert, which shows wear w/some splits. Lid shows scattered edge/corner tip wear w/edge crease along left of lid and moderate corner tip wear at bottom left corner of lid. Fine overall. Gun has black plastic horsehead grips and is unfired. All bright gold luster remains and gun is NM. Snuff Garrett Collection.
