Item Description
Collecting this button series was one of Snuff Garrett's favorite pursuits. There are two distinct styles: those with a copyright symbol and those with no symbol. First some notes on the scarce ones: Allan 'Rocky' Lane all three with the first in bw a rarity; Andy Clyde with © which has an air streak across his hat: the © versions of both Bill Elliott and Gabby Hayes; the dark green soft focus photo of Hoppy; John Wayne, and Lash Larue. The only other two with small condition issues are Buster Crabbe with a few faint age dots on bottom edge and Rod Cameron © version with a few light gray marks on the background. The following 13 have the © symbol: Lane (3rd of 3), Clyde (first 1 of 2), Elliott, Evans, Autry (first 1 of 4), Hayes (first 1 of 2), Cassidy (first 2 of 4), Brown (1 of 2), Hale (1 of 2), Allen (1 of 2), Cameron (1 of 2), Wilson (1 of 2).
