This and the following two items are from the 1940s series of round sharpeners with scalloped edges. 1/16" spot off the right side of the decal as well as loss of the decal where his left and right arms are positioned. However, because his body is done in black and the underneath plastic is essentially the same color, the loss in the arm area is really not too apparent unless viewed with magnification. Still displays nicely.
