Item Description
Set of 42, each is 2.25x3.5". Issued one per box in 1952. ACC# F270-1. Same images were also used on premium sets by Hood Ice Cream, 3-Minute Oats and Oak Manufacturing. Fronts feature full color photos of aircraft, "spotter" backs are bw w/additional images, specs and ad for cereal. Two cards are back variety with cereal name only, all others have additional text "This card From A Package Of."
Includes models by Boeing, Convair, Douglas, Lockheed, Martin and more. The rarely seen "Rear View" Republic variant card is not included. Rounded corners as made. Scattered trace of margin wear. Overall EX to EX/NM. The New England Non-Sports Card Collection.
