Item Description
Lot of two. c. 1950s. Made by Kokyu, Japan. Both boxes 4x5x2" deep. Box text "Mechanical Western Ranger" (Lone Ranger). Exc. Other box "Brave Indian Mechanical" (Tonto) with one edge split. Fine. Both toys 4.5" tall. Both with rubber tails, cloth saddle blankets. Scattered pinpoint paint nicks on lithographed tin. Built-in key wind mechanism creates neat action of horse's hind legs pushing front of horse forward. Both toys work. VF. First we've seen of either boxed.
