8.75 and 9" long. Hanger at top "McKinley & Hobart" w/1.75" cello jugate medallion at center. Additional text "Sound Money B. D. Brown Guards" and "Colored Republican Asso'n/ Fulton Co. NY." Complete separation above text "Sound Money" at top and repairs to separations throughout on reverse. The first we've encountered. Second has 1.75" cello portrait medallion w/text "Maj. Wm. McKinley" and ribbon reading "Fifth Ward Colored Republican Club Camden N.J." Only minor wear to crossed flag motif at top center. Otherwise a superb example. NM.
