Item Description
7.5" long. Ornate hanger w/cello insert reading "Carriage Committee" suspending an equally ornate badge featuring a 1" sepia toned real photo portrait button. A 1/8" light brown spot just below TR's left eye and scattered spots to cello insert on hanger. Ribbon has minor wear affecting lettering. Overall VF. Rare. Leon Rowe Collection.
