Item Description
2.5" tall in extremely high relief with mostly a hollow back except for a solid area across the middle, which holds a horizontal plastic bar pin. The face has hand painted accents and the mouth holds a thin shaft of wood with touch of red paint on the end to represent a burning cigarette. We've seen the same style pin once before but that depicted an Army man. This is the only Navy example we've seen. Rare and NM.
