Item Description
This 7/8" high quality photo button is without dot pattern and pictures the character exactly as he was later depicted by William Gaines' Mad Magazine. This button is c. 1940. The meaning of the initials below the photo "IHCTHBCF" is unknown. Trivial surface wear under magnification but displays Mint and glossy with perfect centering.
