6.5x8". High relief portrait of the Wisconsin politician and 1924 Progressive Party candidate for president. Top edge is flattened and there is a 1.5" separation in the rim between 4 and 5 o'clock that is only visible when viewing at an angle. Otherwise moderate surface wear most notably in the background above portrait. VG. First we can recall seeing.
