Item Description
Matched pair of 7-1/8" tall figural solid painted plaster bookends depicting Doc from "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs" by LaMode Studios Inc. ©1938 Walt Disney Enterprises. Front base of each has incised "Doc" name. Undersides of each are missing original felt covering and LaMode labels. Both are evenly aged w/scattered wear and some minor professional touch-ups. One bookend shows more wear to nose and brim of hat and is Fine while other is VF. This company's products are more commonly found in lamp form, see Grumpy lamp #1643 as well as Snow White and Dopey night lights, items #1641-1642. Bookends are scarce.
