Item Description
21.75x33.75". c. 1969. This unusual and rare poster is printed on a very thin coated stock similar to wax paper. Wide margins w/graphic featuring text "Free Bobby" and image of Seale peering out between the bars of a jail cell. Edge wear including chipping and small tears. In field at top center is a 6" tear w/3" affecting the image extending into the last "E" in "Free" that has been repaired on reverse w/clear tape. The image is otherwise clean and quite striking. Technically Good but will display Fine once framed and matted. Given the fragile paper stock and large size we suspect the survival rate was very low.
