1993 Hasbro. Head Hunter test shot figure, sealed in bag. Figure is molded in black w/blue head, green gun, missile and pink backpack. NM as produced with wear to bag w/a tear on back but still fully sealed. Bag has #427601-00 printed on front with "Made In China". A great figure produced in the creative process before release to market.
