c. 2003. 6.5" tall resin prototype for unreleased mini statue. Cape and base are not attached to figure. Fully painted and created by Palisades Toys. Based on pin up art by Joe Madureira and Harry Cadelario. Only a handful of prototypes are known and this resin version is the rarest. Kevin Watts G.I. Joe Collection.
