Marvel Comics. First appearance of The Watcher and the Red Ghost. Ad for Tales Of Suspense #39 and Amazing Spider-Man #1. Stan Lee story. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko art. Kirby cover. Off-white pages. Front cover penned date "12-1-62" in red. Qualified green label CGC notation "3 Binder Holes Through Whole Book". Date penned on book pre-dates issue date by five months and the binder holes also indicate that this issue was likely a file copy either from the publisher or printer.
