Original 11.5x29.5x7" deep illustrated cardboard box contains Ideal set, ©1964. Box has a cardboard insert for lab back panel and has moderate wear/aging w/stain spots and rusted staples on sealed end of box. Fine overall. Battery-operated toy has assembled size of 5.5x27x11.5" tall. Nicely designed toy consists of base w/pair of "Monster Control Panels." Large lab section attaches to base w/"Voltage - Amperage - Blood Centrifuge" stickers and illustrations of equipment w/dials, switches, gauges, etc. 10" tall monster figure attaches to track unit on base. Figure has removable mask w/green skull underneath. During operation, "Monster Moves Back And Forth Between Players" as "Lightning Flash Signals Players To Use Directional Controls." When monster reaches one end of lab, "He Growls, His Arms Shoot Up And His Mask Falls Revealing His Eerie Face." Still displays Fine. Some surface corrosion to battery terminals. Tested but no response from toy or light. Monster figure has some scattered paint wear, one hand broken at wrist w/plastic missing from fist and mask is split in two but can be put together. Arms come off of rod but stay in place for display. Toy displays G/VG.
