13" tall stuffed doll w/Velveteen/corduroy/felt body. Character Novelty Co., 1940s. © WDP. Complete w/hat, bow tie and four plastic buttons on front of shirt. Sewn tag present on side. White areas aged to tan. Blue/yellow areas also have aging and some color fading. Fine. Scarce.
