Item Description
14" tall solid resin scratch-built figures by modeler extraordinaire Terry Reynolds of California. His work is featured on pages 25-26 of "Superhero Collectibles: A Pictorial Price Guide" by Bill Bruegman. Created in the 1990s. Figure features George Reeves as he appeared as Clark Kent in the 1952-1958 TV series "The Adventures Of Superman." Clark Kent figure is part of a series of custom superhero figures created by Reynolds (see following items #1788-1789 and Batman figure, item #1825). Wonderfully painted and detailed, this figure comes from an era before the collectible figures and statues of today were commonplace. Figure shows trace wear, tiny paint flake to Kent's arm, but are o/w Exc. for display.
