11" long tin litho with built-in key. 1920s. Clown sits in car which when wound works and moves back and forth in an erratic fashion. Moderate overall wear with paint nicks and scratches, darkening of paint on running board and wheels and minor spots of oxidation on one rear wheel. About Fine.
