Three tiny archival tape repairs on back margins and a flake of paper off bottom right corner. Clean and VF. Second is 1-5/8x2-7/8" stiff card w/slots above/below rifle held by soldier w/inserted 1940 silver Mercury dime. Card text includes "This Coin Will Buy Me Bullets - A Dime Buys 4 - A Quarter Buys 12 - If You Buy A War Stamp Here." Coin is VG, card is Mint. Scarce pair.
