Item Description
23.75x28.5" frame w/17.75x22.5" opening. At bottom center is "Cincinnati 46" union bug. The use of "Hon." indicates this was produced while Cox was a member of the House of Representatives. A 2.25" tear at extreme edge along left side otherwise moderate handling wear. VF. Overall a super clean example of a rare print, this the first we've offered in our 51 years.
