Item Description
19.25x22.5" frame w/10.25x15" opening. Text below the finely detailed portrait reads "Gov. Rutherford B. Hayes Of Ohio National Republican Candidate For President Of The United States." A less than .25" chip of missing paper at top left, four tiny surface paper lifts affecting candidate's cheek and two 1/8" margin tears at bottom right. Otherwise only even age toning. Fine. A lovely example of a scarce print that is professionally framed.
