7" long tin litho with built-in key, Japan late 1930s. Colorful box has one loose and one missing inside flap, few creases on one side and missing surface paper on edge. Still displays Fine. Beautifully detailed toy itself shows early-style design Santa Claus with pack, has reindeer with rubber antlers still pliable. Also has original reins. Toy travels forward in a wide circle as bell rings and concentric wheel causes toy to go up and down. Slight wear, mostly on wheels below sled so not noticeable. Overall toy displays Exc.
