Item Description
1.25" button with St. Louis Button Co. back paper which suspends pair of 4" long ribbons reading "Delegate/34th Annual Convention M.S.S.A./Pontiac/Mich. May 5-6-7-8, 1927." Pictured on 1.25" button is a real photo without dot pattern of "A.J. Davis/Poughkeepsie Seer" with rim text "Under All Circumstances Keep An Even Mind." Davis, born in 1826, claimed the gift of clairvoyance at an early age. He became a prolific writer, diagnosed diseases, predicted cars and typewriters decades before their invention and became known as John The Baptist Of Spiritualism. The white ribbon has numerous but tiny pinpoint green dots with everything else essentially Mint. Rare.
