1.5" with W&H back paper and spring pin holding trio of original ribbons. Rim text names the convention held in "Findlay (Ohio) June 19-22, 1916." At center the caption quoted in our title appears below a photo of the massive equipment, which includes image of a man at the front looking into a surveying instrument. A rare limited issue we've seen only once or twice before. NM displaying Mint.
