Item Description
1.25" with back paper by Bastian but with larger primary text naming the product and "Mfg'd By Sherwood Bros. Mfg. Co. Inc. Canastota, N.Y." Superb color depiction of smiling young boy in his winter garb traveling on his sled. In our opinion, one of the best ever button designs. We've had about a half dozen in our 51 years. This example has a couple of long but very light hairline scratches running vertically near the center but they show only in certain light angles and when viewed directly absolutely not at all. Technically VF but button under most viewing conditions displays with high gloss and Mint appearance. c. 1910.
