Item Description
6.25x16-3/8.25x2-1/8" deep box contains complete set by Noma Electric Corp. 1930s. Great box art includes lid illustration of Mickey and Minnie Mouse decorating Christmas tree using this light set while box side panels have illustrations of additional Disney characters w/gifts. Box lid has even aging w/scattered corner tip wear and some creases at lid corners. Small bit on penciling to main lid panel, but o/w box remains tight and clean. Fine/VF overall. Box interior has insert w/large flip-up top panel showing same art as lid. This has some creasing w/1-1/8" tear at right. Still clean w/bright colors. Set consists of seven hard plastic bulb shades w/wrap-around decals and w/vintage light bulbs plus original wiring w/sockets and plugs (including special plug to attach to another string of lights). Set containing this special plug only came w/seven sockets/shades instead of the typical eight. Shades remain free of cracks, though one does have stressline around top. Decals show Mickey and Minnie Mouse, their nephews, Donald Duck, Clarabelle Cow and Pluto. This set features six different decal designs, which have aged and a few show wear, but text/images remain complete for the most part. Fine/VF. Classic Mickey Mouse Christmas item.
