Item Description
5.5" tall stiff fabric covered top hat. Inside the hat's flat top is a cardboard insert w/jugate. Cardboard has moderate overall toning most notably a less than 1" dia. light brown stain at 9 o'clock on the edge. VG. Hat remains clean. Exc. Leon Rowe Collection.
