Item Description
8.5" tall toy is all celluloid w/exception of metal bell accents. Toy depicts full figure of Betty Boop w/half-ball head and painted facial features on flat front. Metal rod at center holds celluloid umbrella top w/dangling celluloid balls. When built-in key on back is wound, this elaborate toy's umbrella top spins and Betty figure moves back and forth. Works well. Back of head has small paper inspection sticker. Made in Japan, 1930s. Toy has lt. aging but remains free of any cracks/dents and is o/w Exc.
