6x12.75" frame w/3x9.5" long ribbon. Featuring outstanding graphics of waving American flags w/banners "Sound Money/Patriotism/Protection/Progress" flanking a map of the US labeled "World Power" at top center. Above TR portrait is a slate of 1906 candidates from Philadelphia. Top corners and center have minor fabric pulls otherwise only minor handling. Extremely Fine.
