Item Description
Glass dish has portrait at center w/text "Leader, Counselor, Friend John Mitchell President United Mine Workers." Loss of color fill to portrait and text. Otherwise moderate surface wear. Fine. Chalk wear pipe has crossed pick axe and shovel on one side and "John Mitchell" on the other side of shank. The bowl features a finely detailed portrait of the labor leader. Small chip along the bottom edge at front. Otherwise light wear and unused. Fine.
