Item Description
3-7/8x6-7/8x7/8" deep box w/illustrated lid contains 1-1/8x1.5" chromed metal case watch w/original vinyl-covered leather bands. Ingersoll/US Time, ©1949 WDP. From 1949 series that also featured Snow White, Donald Duck's nephew Louie and Danny the Black Lamb from "So Dear To My Heart." Called "Little Pig" for this series, box lid and insert as well as dial feature Fiddler Pig of The Three Little Pigs. Box lid has even fade and shows some scattered lt. wear. Bottom edge of lid has 7/8" side split. Complete w/die-cut insert featuring different Fiddler Pig image. This is aged and shows some lt. wear. Box is Fine overall. Dial features different full figure image of Fiddler Pig. Band has original foil price wrap, noting "$6.95 Plus Tax" price. Watch is wound tight and not running, but a basic cleaning should restore function. As boxed, watch displays NM. Comes w/original instruction/guarantee folder. Watch is rare and box is very rare. First example we've offered boxed in our 51 years.
