First appearance of Professor Spencer Smythe and the Spider-Slayer. Stan Lee story. Issue #38 (July 1966) is CGC 4.0 VG. Features second cameo appearance of Mary Jane Watson (face still not shown). Last Steve Ditko issue. Both have cream to off-white pages.
