Item Description
Striking 1.5" with Al Capp artwork and copyright symbol from the late 40s likely issued as part of a polio fund raiser drive. Reverse has St. Louis Button Co. paper. Very light general wear under magnification but displays glossy and Exc. From the Hake collection and only example we've seen.
