14x36" insert poster for the original release of the 1957 American International Pictures (AIP) Horror film directed by Herbert L. Strock and starring Gary Conway as the Monster along w/Whit Bissell, Phyllis Coates, Robert Burton and George Lynn. It was originally released as a double feature w/"Blood Of Dracula." Poster features slightly altered art from one-sheet poster, showing extreme close-up of the Monster's face w/inset panel showing him carrying unconscious woman. Poster has three horizontal folds (which show some wear) as issued w/an additional two horizontal creases. Aged tape strips and tape staining at top margin and along lower margins. 1" square of tape at center left margin. Pin holes at corners. .5" margin piece missing to right of "Frankenstein" in title. Three main folds have had tape added to back and bottom third has square of brown paper tape added. Back also has dealer sticker. VG.
