Item Description
22x28" half-sheet "Style A" poster for the original release of the 1958 Columbia Pictures Fantasy Adventure film directed by Nathan H, Juran and starring Kerwin Mathews, Torin Thatcher, Kathryn Grant, Richard Eyer and Alec Mango. This was the first of three Sinbad feature films from Columbia, all three were conceptualized by Ray Harryhausen who used a full color widescreen stop-motion animation technique he created called Dynamation. Poster features film's cast as well as a number of Harryhausen creations - the cyclops, skeleton warrior, two-headed Roc bird and cyclops battling dragon. The childlike genie Barani appears at bottom center. Poster has been folded into quarters and is evenly aged. Pin holes at corners w/some lt. scattered wear, but Fine/VF overall.
