Item Description
11x14" title card for the 1951 Realart re-release of the classic 1931 Universal Pictures Horror film starring Boris Karloff. Card features wonderful large image of Karloff as The Monster w/inset film scene showing Dwight Frye as Fritz, tormenting The Monster w/torch. Image of Colin Clive as Dr. Frankenstein at lower left. Card is evenly aged and has had brown paper tape added to top/bottom and left margins on back, repairing number of small margin tears along top. Staple holes w/streak of oxidation at upper left beside penciled letter. Pin hole at lower left corner. Small streak of color touch-up to .75" tear at top center, which has 1/8" piece out of top margin. Card has moderate handling wear and is Good/VG overall, but still very nice for display. Scarce.
