Item Description
These are 1.25" to 2.25" plus one of the pieces is on its original 3-3/8" card. This is the first item in the group with badge reading "Chief Police" and with card naming maker "Etched Products of Long Island City." Card has some creases and light soil but the badge is Mint. Next two items, both with similar design but both with different inscriptions and serial numbers, read "Boy Chief Of Police" and "Dept. Of Police/Boy Detective Chief." Next brass badge is from "Boston Junior Police Corps" with serial number and naming "Joseph F. Timilty Police Commissioner." Some paint and luster loss. Row 2 has "Cracker Jack Junior Detective" early 1900s white metal lapel stud. Next is rare 1930s "Keds Secret Operator". Next is rare "Flight Commander" from the aviation themed radio program "Flying Cubs". Last in row two is beautifully embossed brass badge with serial number naming "Junior G-Man Of America." Bottom row has large "Junior G-Man" badge with some luster wear but a rare badge. Second names "White Mountain Ranger". Another rarity. Last are a pair from 1950s television with the first embossed brass reading "Sergeant Dragnet 714" and the second a white metal badge reading "Sergeant Friday Dragnet Badge 714". Tiny red paint loss. Vast majority are VF to Exc. with exceptions noted.
