Item Description
Sizes are 1-1/8" to 3". In first photo group begins with three buttons and a small spoon naming "Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame." In addition, there is a 1-1/8" litho, designed as a basketball and picturing him, with primary text "Basketball Golden Jubilee 1891/1941". Bottom edge has tiny text "Naismith Memorial Committee." The oldest button we know of picturing the sport's founder. Other teams and players in this photo includes Syracuse Nationals (2), Gus Williams, a home- made Jerry West button, 1985 Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, Milwaukee Bucks, Charlotte (2), Knicks (2 with age stain on the 1972 press button), and a series of 1.25" buttons in the bottom row. The last two with white background have tiny age traces. In the second photo the first six items relate to the 1996 Chicago Bulls. The last four buttons relate to Portland Trail Blazers. The three player buttons picture Aldridge, Oden, and Roy. These have some tiny indents or raised bumps around the forehead areas which seem to be part of the assembly process and caused by the reverse pin. With the few exceptions noted items all display glossy and Exc. to Mint.
