Item Description
4x4x26" original illustrated cardboard box contains 25.75" wood and pressed cardboard gun w/working ratchet noise, separate handle and two legs for use as a tripod gun. Rare box features graphics of soldiers firing machine guns and includes side panel photos of boy using toy two different ways. Box shows lt. aging/wear. Some lt. soiling and two 1" edge splits on one end. Inner flaps all intact. Fine example box and best we've ever seen. New Enterprises, c. early 1940s. These guns were produced in different colors, this is gray color variety. Gun is complete w/original decal, shows no wear and is Exc. Mark Treitel Collection.
