Item Description
3x4.5". c. 1940s. Die-cut cardboard. Printed on one side. Both figures are bare-chested, wearing boots with their pants to their knees. Each belt buckle has a swastika on it. The two figures are held together with four small metal grommets. The novelty is designed to move back and forth. Hitler is depicted with a large endowment (professionally replaced) and is anatomically correct. Hitler's hand is on Mussolini's shoulder. Mussolini remains stationary while Hitler moves up and down/in and out by raising and lowering his boot. Light handling creases at waistlines, Hitler's neck and pants. Lt. surface dust. Overall Fine. Rare. Only second we've seen in our 51 years. Mark Treitel Collection.
