Item Description
McCormick merged with other companies in 1902 to form International Harvester Company. In this group the 1.25" button was used by a salesman c. 1910 with the company logo at center and with rim text "I Represent The International Harvest Co." Very slight darker red area on extreme edge above the word "Represent". Reverse has a concave tin back with fixed horizontal pin with name of maker on the curl Cruver, Chicago. Next is a 7/8" button c. 1920. This has small "IHC" logo along with words "McCormick Works." Center right has tiny dirt speck trapped under the celluloid but otherwise glossy and NM. Last is the enamel on brass watch fob c. 1923. Front has "IHC" logo along with rim text "McCormick-Deering Farm Machines" while reverse reads "Compliments Of International Harvester Company Of America Chicago U.S.A." Fob has light general wear including a couple of shallow enamel flakes off the bottom rim but not deep enough to reveal the brass backing. The fob still displays Fine. Three scarce pieces.
