Item Description
7.75" tall by 8" long tin litho toy of jointed figure pushing large wheelbarrow w/built-in key. Made in Great Britain (faint "British Made" text inside wheelbarrow) for Marx, 1948. Goofy is complete w/original rubber ears, which have hardened slightly w/age. "Goofy The Gardener" name on sides of wheelbarrow. When wound, Goofy pushes wheelbarrow around, articulated rear axle controlling wires attached to Goofy's legs, giving him the appearance of walking. Works well. Some lt. scattered wear in the form of tiny paint nicks/scratches, but still Fine/VF overall. Richard Calusdian Collection.
